About your Coach

Hello, my name is Alex Cano. I am a Certified Professional Coach. I help professionals like you to improve their careers and lives, and this is something I truly enjoy!


After having multiple professional experiences in 7 different business areas, moving through 7 different industries with Top Multinational Companies, and being an Expat twice, I acquired valuable knowledge.


In these programs, I am sharing with you this knowledge along with my Signature Methodology so you can achieve greater success in your career. 



My professional experience 

A little history...


My first job was as a Production Supervisor during the night shift at Dupont. Being in charge of a Chemical Plant was an incredible experience. The only thing is that I realized that the night shift was not for me.


Later, I joined a High Potential Professionals Program at Cemex where I was trained on all the business areas that compose a Cement and Ready Mix Plant. I had great experiences at multiple positions in Quality, EHS, and Engineering. Then, one day I got the incredible news that I was selected nationwide to become an ExPat in Spain.


After an incredible and rewarding ExPat assignment I came back and got promoted to Quality Manager.  After that I started a journey where I switched to multiple management positions across 7 different industries. I switched across Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, EHS, Project Management and Supply Chain. 


10 years after my first ExPat assignment I was selected for my second ExPat assignment, this time in the United States.


That's the experience and expertise I am sharing with you.



Remember there are 2 ways to learn, one is to learn by experience and the other one is to learn by someone else's experience. 


The second option is always the fastest.
