Available Group live online and On-site Group training.  Both are delivered by Certified Instructors.

1. Group live online - 8 hours of group training plus 3 hours of individual/group activities. 

2. On-site - 2 days totaling 12 hours of in person training plus 2 hours of individual/group activities.

Alejandro Cano

Creator of Leadership 5.0™


Alejandro "Alex" Cano, the Founder and CEO of Alex Cano & Company.

 He has led, coached, and mentored over 200 successful improvement projects across all business areas, working with professionals in more than 15 countries.

 His successful career has included a wide array of management positions in Top world-class corporations including DuPont, Borealis, Cemex, Albea, Safran, Hitachi, among others.  He has experience serving worldwide companies in 12 different industries including L’Oréal, P&G, Estee Lauder, Johnson & Johnson, Colgate-Palmolive, BMW, Ford, and Church & Dwight. 

 Alejandro has mentored, coached, and trained professionals from different business and cultural backgrounds.

 Alejandro has led and managed different business areas: Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Operations, Quality, Project Management, Supply Chain and Environment Health, and Safety. During that journey, he has acquired over 20 certificates and certifications in different areas of expertise including Agile Change Lean Sigma 5.0 Master Black Belt, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Strategic Change Management, ISO 9001/ISO 14001/ OHSAS 18001 Lead Auditor, among others. He holds a B.S in Chemical and Systems Engineering, an MBA and, a Master’s in Organizational Psychology.

  • What are the requirements to achieve the certification?

    * Attend all training sessions. * Complete all required assignments. * Actively participate in the different exercises. * Obtain a grade of ≥ 80% grade in the final test. * Accept and comply with our Code of Ethics. * Accept, and sign the Use of Information Agreement. Note: If a payment plan has been selected, all payments need to be complete before the Certificate is issued.

  • What certificate will I received after completing all requirements?

    You will receive the Leadership 5.0 Certification.
